QATAR ACADEMY SIDRA HONOURS STUDENTS OF CLASS OF 2019.

Qatar Academy Sidra (QAS), part of Qatar Foundation's (QF) Pre-University Education, has celebrated the graduation of its Class of 2019 in a ceremony at Multaqa (Education City Student Center).

The event saw 18 students honoured in the presence of Mrs Buthaina Ali Al Nuaimi, President of PUE, QF, as well as QAS board members, faculty, family members, and friends.

Dr Asmaa Al Fadala, Director of Research and Content Development at the World Innovation Summit for Education, delivered the keynote address.

She congratulated the graduates on their achievements, and shared some words of advice as they prepare to take the next step on their journey.

This year, the graduates are headed to colleges and universities all around the world, including the USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Qatar, UK, Netherlands, and Oman.

QAS was launched in 2012, and this year's Class of 2019 marks the second graduating class of QAS, bringing the total number of alumni to 21.
