Q MY mum has started [...]; MEET OUR NEW AGONY AUNT SHE'LL BE THERE FOR YOU.

Byline: Just Joan

Q MY mum has started acting strangely. She went to a slimming club and lost weight and she's now obsessed with clothes and looking younger.

Dad thinks it's quite funny but she's in her mid 40s and I think she's going over the top.

I expected her to be paying more attention to our kids than running about trying to be trendy.

A IF you're a young mum yourself you should be able to appreciate all the effort she has put in.

Don't expect her to be a full-time granny before her time, so stop sounding so snippy and applaud her efforts. She's achieved something very difficult and she isn't acting strangely at all, just rediscovering the joys of being young and attractive.
