Pyrotek acquires assets of Metaullics divisions worldwide, will operate integrated business.

Pyrotek Inc., Spokane, Wash., acquired the assets of Metaullics Systems L.P., Solon, Ohio, and its worldwide divisions including: Metaullics Systems Europe B.V., Krimpen aan den IJssel, The Netherlands: EMP Technologies Ltd., Burton-on-Trent, England; and Metaullics Systems Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V., Monterrey, Mexico.

Metaullics will operate as an integrated business unit within Pyrotek, and Pyrotek will consolidate its molten metal pump activities into Metaullics. "As part of the Pyrotek family, Metaullics will have increased resources and global reach to better serve their existing customers and help new customers achieve their metal quality and profitability objectives," said Pyrotek USA Vice President and General Manager Doug Scott.
