The object of this assignment concerns the acquisition and implementation of laboratory equipment for chemistry / immunochemistry, An automated pre- and post-analytical system and the appliance-related consumables. The training of the healthcare professionals involved and 24/7 maintenance and support after commissioning are also part of this assignment. The devices and accessories improve the quality of the analyzes in the field of chemistry / immunochemistry and increase the efficiency (improved workflow). The registration includes a working solution in appliances including accessories, Accessories, Etc. So that the first use can be safely carried out in accordance with the planning - and that can evolve with future developments in the market. The contractor offers a tailor-made solution according to the need and available space of the contracting authority. Architectural changes must be described by the tenderer, The implementation of which is provided by az sint-lucas. The contract consists of 1 lot and is awarded to 1 supplier. This is to ensure the optimal compatibility and operation as well as the after-sales service of the different systems for pre-analysis-analysis-post-analysis. The contract is concluded for a period of 10 years with the possibility to extend twice by 2 years + 2 years respectively. A possible extension will not take place tacitly but is explicitly communicated by the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the possibility during the term of the contract to negotiate a replacement of the analytical devices with the chosen tenderer within the framework of innovation.
