Puppy needed help; You Say Email:letters@liverpoolecho.co.uk.

I REALLY hope you print this letter. On Monday, September 9, I saw a young couple with a baby at Central Station, with a puppy (black mixed breed including Labrador).

The puppy was underfed with a swollen stomach and sad, dejected and scared.

It sat unnaturally at the feet of the man and never moved an inch. It had no collar and lead on. I think its leg was injured too.

When they got off the train, the man put the puppy on the ground where it stood shakily and then slowly followed them up the ramp.

This puppy needs help and I'm haunted by the sight of it.

I'm also angry at myself for being a coward and not tackling them about it. If anyone knows where the puppy is, and who owns it, please let the RSPCA know, so they can help it.
