Pupil will name 16-home estate.

PUPILS have got their thinking caps on after being offered the chance to name a 16-home development in Earl Shilton.

Benfield Homes is creating the detached three- and four-bedroom family homes in Alexander Avenue, which backs on to Weavers Close Primary School. Head teacher John Wolfe said: "The company is looking for a name which will grab people's attention while at the same time having relevance to the area. It is a chance for one pupil to see an idea become a reality and that is exciting."
