Pulmonary disease specialist joins OU Physicians.

OKLAHOMA CITY Fawad Chaudry a board-certified pulmonologist, has established his practice with OU Physicians. He has also been named an assistant professor with the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and director of interventional pulmonology at OU Medical Center.

Chaudry specializes in interventional pulmonology, which uses endoscopy and other tools to diagnose and treat conditions in the lungs and chest. He also sees patients for general pulmonology, critical care medicine and sleep medicine services.

Chaudry is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonology, critical care and sleep medicine and is board-eligible in interventional pulmonology. He completed fellowships in interventional pulmonology and advanced thoracic interventional endoscopy at Centre Hospitalier de l Universite de Montreal, Canada.

Chaudry is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, American Thoracic Society, Society of Critical Care Medicine, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, American Academy of Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology and the Society of Advanced Bronchoscopy.

Chaudry sees patients in the OU Physicians building, 825 NE 10th St., Oklahoma City.
