INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- After toiling for Ernst and Young for three years and then as a controller for two more, CPA Troy Patton decided it Troy Patton, CPA was time to leave Indianapolis, IN the rat race and get out on his own.

But all did not go easily. "We struggled ... and I was doing all the marketing myself, but really without a plan," he recalls. One day, Troy saw an ad for NCI's Practice Development Seminar, inquired about it, talked to previous attendees, and decided to sign up. The result for him was a new approach to practice marketing and a dramatic increase in business for his firm.

"Just from the clients obtained through your system, we've added $1 million in annualized billings," writes Troy. The Indianapolis CPA went on to take other practice-building programs from NCI and says "I give much of the credit for our tremendous growth [currently 11 offices] to NCI and their techniques."
