Pudgie's Stakes A Claim In California!

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Friday, November 22nd, Pudgie's Famous Chicken, Ltd. opens its first restaurant in California. Pudgie's, the innovator of skinless fried chicken featuring home delivery, is located at 12940 Victory Boulevard in North Hollywood.

The new franchise, owned by the Encino based Ultimate Food Concepts, will be headed by Sal Bharwani and Jonathan Bryant. Bharwani and Bryant, former executives from the hotel and hospitality industry, admit that owning fast food restaurants does not compare to a four star hotel in execution, but these entrepreneurs were immediately attracted to the enormous growth potential and simplicity of the Pudgie's concept.

"Chicken is up and coming, in fact, it's the fastest growing segment of the fast food industry. Burgers and fries have saturated the market. Pudgie's chicken is freshly made and unique because it is skinless, making Pudgie's Chicken an absolute winner!" according to Bharwani. Moreover, it's a natural for California because "WE DELIVER."

Pudgie's will be open daily from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., offering restaurant seating, take out and Pudgie's prompt delivery service. Ultimate Food Concepts expects to open at least 6 more restaurants.
