Public works minister, UAE envoy discuss cooperation.

Amman, Sept. 11 (Petra)-Minister of Public Works and Housing, Falah Amoush, on Wednesday discussed with UAE Ambassador to Jordan Ahmad Baloushi, aspects of cooperation and coordination between the two brotherly countries. During the meeting, Amoush briefed Baloushi on the ministry's operations, and housing policies focusing on partnership with the private sector. In this context, he said Jordan enjoys a "distinguished" road network, highlighting the investments activities in the urban development field. The minister also highlighted the importance of facilitating the entry of Jordanian contractors to work in the UAE market, saying the Kingdom has an "attractive" investment environment in various fields. For his part, Baloushi praised the Kingdom's "safe" and "stable" investment environment, stressing the importance of exchanging expertise and investments in many fields between the two countries. //Petra// AG 11/09/2019 16:22:45
