Public relations firm moves in Midtown.

In an expansion move, Cairns & Associates, a public relations firm, has signed a 10-year lease for 14,500 square-feet on the entire 12th floor of 641 Lexington Avenue at an aggregate rental of approximately $5 million.

Former at 150 East 58th Street, Cairns required additional space to accommodate the growth of its organization, according to James S. Meiskin, managing director, and David J. Spiewak, associate director, of Wm. A. White/Grubb & Ellis, who exclusively represented the tenant.

641 Lexington Avenue is a 32-story office building at 54th Street and Lexington Avenue across from the Citicorp Center.

Louis Somoza, vice president, Rudin Management, is agent for 64! Lexington.
