July XX, 2019 - The Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) for the DuPage County Planning District, pursuant to Public Law 99-499, the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization act, Title III, Emergency Planning and Community Right To Know Act of 1986, hereby gives public notice that chemical emergency response plans, safety data sheets, chemical inventory forms and any subsequent follow-up emergency notices received by the DuPage County LEPC have been placed on file at the DuPage County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (OHSEM), agent for the DuPage LEPC.
Members of the public who wish to review said material, which can be legally released to the public, may do so, by appointment, during normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments and specific procedures for such review may be obtained from DuPage OHSEM by contacting DuPage LEPC Information Coordinator Bernadette Mason via 630-682-7925 or DuPageLEP
30 p.m. -- 2:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the following months: February, May, August and November at DuPage OHSEM, unless otherwise called and posted. These meetings are open to the public. For more information, visit the DuPage LEPC website via www.ProtectDuPage.org.
