Contract notice: Support for preventive flood protection system dso - bata canal.

The subject of public procurement is to provide supplies and related works and services of the flood service and the preventive flood protection in the territory of 9 municipalities - hodonin, veseli nad moravia, strnice, vnorovy, petrov, sudomerice, rohatec, lausitz, mikulcice and provision of services - the development of the digital flood municipalities plan and delivery vyrozumvacho warning system and monitoring system.

Total quantity or scope: Estimated value of public contracts, Part 1 "VIS" 21,540,370 CZK excluding VAT. Estimated value of public contracts, Part 2, "DPP" 1,323,500 CZK without VAT.

Deposits and Guarantees required: The contracting authority requires in accordance with 67 para. 1 of the Act for Part 1 "VIS" provide security in the amount of 300 000 CZK in the form of a bank guarantee, insurance guarantee or composition sums of money to the account of the client. Suppliers prove menu for Part 1 "VIS" in the original affidavit (hereinafter CP) signed by the person authorized to represent the applicant, which will contain the commitment to provide a financial guarantee in the form of a bank guarantee for the proper performance warranty, which will be issued by a bank or a financial guarantee in the form of financial advance . Containing CP is a commitment that guarantee certificate will be issued and the contracting authorities handed over the day of protocol handover and takeover of the whole work and be effective for a part of the warranty period, ie. 12 months from date of protocol handover and takeover of the entire work or a commitment from the tenderer to lodge the day procedurally handover and takeover of the whole project on behalf of the contracting entity financial backup. The amount of the financial guarantee offered by the vendor must be 500 000 CZK.
