Promo of the week.

Talk about a good right hook.

In a timely bit of gratis promotion for "Rocky Balboa," it turns out the Library of Congress is a Rocky fan, too.

The original "Rocky" was one of 25 movies named to the National Film Registry by the Library of Congress last week--providing a timely reminder of the durability of Sylvester Stallone's punchy palooka saga just as the latest chapter headed into its second week at the B.O.

"Rocky Balboa," came in at No. 3 over the Christmas frame, taking in $17.3 million domestically.

Seems the boxing icon has some fight left in him--even in cynical D.C.
