Promenade announces high occupancy at Midtown buildings.

Promenade Realty Services Corp., exclusive leasing agent for 12 West 57th Street. reports exceptional recent leasing activity resulting in the building's 98 percent occupancy rate

The building's newest tenants include C3. Inc., MGT Imports, Inc., Sang Ahn Couture, Highly Productions. Inc. and the expansion of D'Rossana & Prevata. Steven Pressler and Melanie McEvoy represented both landlord and tenant in these transactions. In addition, Joel Klinger of Newmark Realty represented another new tenant - Euro-shoes. Inc.

At 24 West 57th Street, where Promenade Realty Services Corp. is also exclusive leasing agent for The New York Gallery Building, brisk leasing activity has brought the building to its current 90 percent occupancy.

The building's newest tenants include the Viridian Gallery, The Waists of Time, Remocit, and the Sherry French Gallery. Steven Pressler and Melanie McEvoy represented both landlord and tenant in these transactions. In addition, Helene Wall at Judson Realty represented Jaded. Inc., another new tenant. The total aggregate rental for these transactions is approximately $3.3 million.

According to Cid V. Keller, managing director of Promenade Realty. "Exceptional rentals in prime locations are still in great demand, even during recessionary times. This is a trend that will most certainly continue, as companies shift around for a variety of economic reasons."
