ProfilGruppen AB (STO:PROFB) announced on Wednesday the appointment of Per Owe Isacson as acting CEO and president, effective 18 August 2019.
The current CEO and president of ProfilGruppen, Per Thorsell, will leave ProfilGruppen on 17 August 2019 to move on to a new assignment.
According to the company, the process of recruiting a permanent successor for Thorsell is ongoing. As it is not certain that a permanent CEO and president will be in place when Thorsell leaves, the company's board of directors has decided to elect Isacson as acting CEO and president as from 18 August 2019.
Isacson, who has industry experience of many years, has been working as senior advisor within the company since January 2019. Prior to that, he was the company's Sales and Marketing manager from 2013 to 2018.
ProfilGruppen is a supplier of customised aluminium extrusions and components.
