Producer Price Index Up in June 2015, says Statistics Bureau.

RAMALLAH, July 29, 2015 (WAFA) - The overall Producer Price Index (PPI) for Palestine increased in June 2015 by 0.19% compared to May 2015 and reached 104.01, the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS) Wednesday said.

According to a monthly report, PPI for locally-consumed products increased by 0.20% in June 2015 compared to the previous month, reaching 104.12; PPI for exported products also increased by 0.10% for the same period compared to May 2015, and reached 102.89.

The changes of PPI were traced back to changes in prices of agricultural goods, manufacturing group, fishing, which increased by 0.38%; 0.07%, 3.73%, respectively. Mining and quarrying recorded no changes in its prices.
