Proctor earns spot in Coldwell's Silver Level Circle of Distinction.

Broker sales associate Craig G. Proctor of Coldwell Banker Commercial has earned a spot in the company's Silver Level Circle of Distinction--an honor bestowed upon the top-ranking producers among more than 4,000 Coldwell Banker Commercial associates.

Proctor was recently recognized at the company's annual Global Conference, held at the Downtown Marriott in San Francisco, California. More than 900 Coldwell Banker Commercial owners, brokers, sales associates, managers and employees attended the event, which also commemorated the founding of the brand 100 years ago in San Francisco.

"The Coldwell Banker Commercial Silver Level of Distinction award is the ultimate honor among our sales associates," said Alex Perriello, president and CEO of the Real Estate Franchise Group of Cendant Corporation.

"Craig has demonstrated exceptional sales performance that exemplifies the standards of excellence for which Coldwell Banker Commercial associates are known. He is an asset to Coldwell Banker."

With over 31 years in the business, Proctor has listed or sold well over one hundred million dollars worth of real estate in residential, commercial, industrial, farms and land, and leases--most of which were in Hunterdon County. He holds a Masters License with the United States Coast Guard and is also active in the sale of marinas.

Proctor is past vice president of the New Jersey Association of REALTORS and past president of the Hunterdon County Board of REALTORS and other organizations.
