Proctor & Gamble sign new lease

After a decade and a half relationship between Procter and Gamble and Cali Associates, the huge consumer products maker has extended the relationship through the 90's by signing a lease for new space at the "Clock Tower" building at 20 Commerce Drive in Cranford.

Procter & Gamble will operate a 21,000-square-foot sales office for its distribution subsidiary in the building. The company is relocating from 100 Walnut Avenue, Clark, another Cali property.

The lease was arranged by Steve Edwards of Cushman & Wakefield and Jim Nugent, Cali's director of leasing.
