Problems with printing photos.

As a person who likes to process photographs from her phone, I couldn't wait for the new Boots shop to open in The Thistles.

I was convinced there had to be a massive improvement from the old shop where the equipment was, in my experience, always out of order.

And there always seemed to be queues of people waiting for processing equipment that was functioning.

You can understand my disappointment to discover that the photographic department in the new store is, if anything, far worse.

It's squeezed in beside the pharmacy, where people have to queue for prescriptions.

My heart goes out to the poor staff trying to cope with serving and helping customers who are unsure how to use the photographic equipment.

The size of this department is ridiculous. I dread to think of the congestion there will be during the festive period, when customers will want to print off their Christmas photographs.

I'm sure there's an opening here for some entrepreneur with the knowhow to provide an alternative outlet for people wanting to print up their photographs. It isn't as if there are no empty premises around Stirling. name and address supplied
