Prison for biker.

A SPEEDING biker who ploughed into three teenage girls, killing one, was jailed yesterday for four years.

Shaun Bromham, 31, of Parc Bryn, Neath, sped round a blind bend at 60mph on a high performance Yamaha, killing a schoolgirl.

He was jailed for four years yesterday after admitting causing death by dangerous driving. He was also banned from driving for seven years.

Swansea Crown Court heard Bromham desperately shouted for the girls to move but hit them jseconds later.

Lauren Cranny, 13, of Skewen, Neath, died soon afterwards. Schoolfriend Amanda Williams, 14, is still undergoing treatment for head and spine injuries, and Danielle Silver, 14, suffered severe shock.

Tania Tancock, the dead girl's mother, hit out at the sentence after Bromham made a public apology. ``Four years is not enough considering the seriousness of the accident,'' she said.
