Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz, President of the Arab Gulf Program for United Nations Development Organizations (AGFUND) and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Arab Open University has lauded King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Scholarship Program. He noted that the project based on an important idea is that education and training are the basis of each development. This came when Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz patronized today, at AGFUND headquarters, a workshop organized by the Arab Open University to train teachers in collaboration with Harvard University.
