STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 11, 2000, a leading international provider of corporate eLearning solutions, announced today the hire of three key executives as well as the opening of two headquarter offices as part of its worldwide strategy for expansion.

Marketing and Sales Capabilities Strengthened has named Cindy Terzian, Vice President of Marketing. In this newly created position, she will be responsible for all phases of strategic market analysis and planning, implementation strategies, and programs. She will report directly to the president, Glenn Reyer, and will be located in the company's worldwide and U.S. headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. Before joining, Ms. Terzian held the position of Director of Marketing for two business units of Interim Services Inc., first at Interim Career Consulting and then at IMCOR. She graduated cum laude, in Marketing, from Fairfield University and is a former Board Member and Co-Chairman of Women In Management.

As Vice President of Business Development, Kevin P. O'Donoghue, will be accountable for reseller relationships, strategic alliances, and the global accounts program. Prior to, O'Donoghue was Vice President of Sales and Business Development for TransCom Software, Inc. He brings fifteen years of experience in the training industry with prior employers including NETg and SRA. He graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology with a BS/BA, Management Information Systems Degree.

Brian N. Nevius, Director of Inside Sales, will be responsible for small and medium accounts with annual revenues of $500mm. Previously, he served as Sales Director for Wave Technologies International where he managed an Inside Sales organization with annual revenues in excess of $14 million. Nevius graduated from Columbia College in Missouri with a B.S. in Marketing.

Both Brian N. Nevius and Kevin P. O'Donoghue will report directly to Ted Purcell, Executive Vice President of Global Sales in the Concord, Massachusetts office.
