Prime Minister Satybaldiev, UN Secretary General's Representative discuss law enforcement reforms.

Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Jantoro Satybaldiev on Friday met with UN Secretary General's Special Representative and Head of UN Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia Miroslav Jenca to discuss law enforcement and court reforms, fight against corruption, reported the government's press service. The President outlined main areas of work for the executive agencies in his address to the Parliament on September 12, the Prime Minister said. Prime Minister Satybaldiev said the Kyrgyz government experts support from the UN agencies in meeting priority tasks in this regard. Miroslav Jenca said Kyrgyzstan implemented the projects worth over $10 million in the framework of the UN Peacebuilding Fund. "We are working on continuation of this support from the Fund. The UN is interested in enforcement of achieved successes in Kyrgyzstan," he said.
