Priciest home sales in Nassau County February 2018 The three highest-priced home sales in Nassau County last month ranged from $4.8 million to $7.425 million. The priciest Nassau home sold in February was a 6-bedroom, 6.55-bath estate on 17.74 acres at 0 Valentines Lane in Old Brookville that sold for $7.425 million in cash. It was listed by Kathleen Dodd of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty and sold by Daniel Gale's Margaret Trautmann. A 6-bedroom, 5.55-bath estate on 19 acres at Hastings Road in Old Westbury fetched $7 million in cash. It was listed by Kathleen Dodd and Margaret Mateyaschuk of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty and sold by Dodd. At 3 Moline Court in Kings Point, a 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath colonial on .81 acres went for $4.8 million. It was listed and sold by Soheila Sharf of S. Sharf Realty. Source: MLSLI.com
