Priceless New Residence Opens in Time Warner Center.

NEW YORK -- A spectacular new "residence" has opened at Time Warner Center - and it cannot be purchased at any price. The exquisite residence - complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, a terrace and breathtaking views - is a full-scale, offsite model for the new collection of 173 luxury condominiums at 10 West End Avenue. While construction is being completed on the soaring 33-story glass tower, developers Apollo Real Estate Advisors and Cambridge Development & Construction took the highly unusual step of creating an exact offsite model, providing buyers with a tangible sense of the quality of these new residences.
