November 29, 2004: Five offences of failing to ensure a child attends school. Fined pounds 50.

July 11, 2005: One offence of failing to ensure a child attends school. Fined pounds 50.

June 12, 2006: Two offences of failing to ensure a child attends school. Fined pounds 150.

September 18, 2006: One offence of failing to ensure a child attends school. Fined pounds 100.

June 18, 2007: Two offences of failing to ensure a child attends school. Fined pounds 100.

July 21, 2009: Five offences of failing to ensure a child attends school. Six week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.

April 8, 2010: Three offences failing to ensure a child attends school. Six-week prison sentence, along with activation of six-week suspended sentence. Both to run concurrently.
