President felicitates newly appointed ambassadors.

ISLAMABAD, October 05, 2011 (Balochistan Times): Ambassadors designate from various countries on Tuesday presented their credential to President Asif Ali Zardari at an impressive ceremony held at the Aiwan-e-Sadr on Tuesday. After presenting their credentials, the ambassadors separately called on the President and discussed bilateral relations and matters of mutual interest. The ambassadors are from Kingdom of Netherlands, Egypt, Norway, Sudan, Czech Republic and UAE. The President while felicitating the newly appointed ambassadors hoped that they will work for further strengthening the existing ties of their respective countries with Pakistan. Earlier, upon arrival of Mr. Hugo Gajus Scheltema, Ambassador (designate) of Kingdom of the Netherlands, Mr. Said Mohamed El Said Hindam, Ambassador (designate) of Egypt, Ms. Cecilie Landsverk, Ambassador (designate) of Norway, Mr. Elshafie Ahmed Mohamed, Ambassador (designate) of Sudan, Mr. Miroslay Krenek, Ambassador (designate) of Czech Republic and Mr. Eisa Abdullah Al Basha Al-Nuaimi, Ambassador (designate) of UAE, at the Aiwan-e-Sadr, national anthems of Pakistan and their respective countries were played and the envoys were presented Guard of Honour by a smartly turned out contingent of Pakistan Army.
