President Otunbaeva: Power sector to become transparent when companies declare their expenditures up to hospitality expenses.

Power sector will become transparent when power companies declare their expenditures up to hospitality expenses, President Roza Otunbaeva said at the meeting of the public supervisory board of the Energy Ministry on February 25.If the combined heat and power plant had been rehabilitated, the entire power sector would have benefited from that, the President said. The President added that launch of Kambar-Ata-2 hydropower plant could be postponed, while the funds for its construction could be used for rehabilitation of the combined heat and power plant."Energy sector is nourishing mother," the President said. If energy and mining sectors had been properly organized, the country would have been self-sufficient, President Otunbaeva explained.
