President AJK denies attending cultural segment of QEF in London.

ISLAMABAD -- President Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Masood Khan Tuesday strongly denied attending cultural segment of a programme organized by a London based organization Quest for Education (QFE) the last day.

Clarifying media reports, a spokesman of Presidency clarified that the President had left the venue as soon as the cultural segment of the programme had started and did not have even dinner with the host.

The President had attended the event of QFE to support education in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Pakistan. The sole purpose of the President is to raise awareness about the human right violations of the Kashmiris people by the Indian occupation forces at the International level.

The event was also addressed by David Green, the Patron of QFE, Dr Ahson Umer, Chairman QFE, dignitaries and community members.

Spokesman deplored that a section of media is distorting facts in the backdrop of martyrdoms in Kashmir as a result of Indian indiscriminate firing across the LoC on Monday and is trying to cast aspersions on the President whose conduct and integrity are above board.
