Presenting Solutions Donates LCD Panels to Benefit Six Capistrano Schools; Teachers Ready for New Classes with Presentation Equipment to Advance Learning.

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 22, 1999--

Presenting Solutions, the nation's leading Internet-based reseller of presentation products, Thursday announced six Capistrano Unified District Schools are receiving Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) panels to benefit individual classrooms on the elementary through high-school levels.

This donation completes the 10 panels promised to Orange County schools and is the third in a series of equipment assistance efforts developed by Presenting Solutions to help a total of 20 Southern California schools.

Liquid Crystal Display panels project information from a computer. By using one of the LCD panels, a teacher can project a specific program or the day's coursework onto a large screen for the entire class to view.

"Presenting Solutions' generous donation of LCD panels is going to be put to great use -- even before school starts. Our teachers will use them in the classrooms to walk through lessons and see where they can derive maximum value from the technology benefits offered by the panels," said Director of Instructional Technology, Michele Wrenn.

"By taking advantage of these advanced presentation methods, an instructor can visually share a concept with the entire class, making a significant and positive impact on how our students learn."

The donation of LCD panels to the Capistrano School District will be helping six centers of learning: Las Flores Elementary, Las Palmas Elementary, Oakgrove Elementary, Concordia Elementary and Shorecliff Middle School, and Olie Hanson Elementary.

"We want to help our children and also help our schools. It's a personal mission of mine to make a difference," said co-founder and Presenting Solutions partner, Art Feierman. "The program has been successful so far and we hope that our donation plan will encourage other companies to lend assistance wherever they can. Think of what could happen if more private companies became involved in our children's education."

The donation presentation was made at the Capistrano Unified School District Boardroom during a recent meeting. Principals from each of the Capistrano District schools receiving displays attended the meeting to acknowledge the donations.
