Premises for financial services firm.

A FINANCIAL services firm is moving into new premises in Hebburn. Chase de Vere IFA Group plc - one of the largest firms of independent financial advisers in the UK and a member of the Swiss Life Group - has taken the 3,400sqft second floor of Unit 8, Merchant Court, Monkton Business Park, Hebburn on a new 10-year lease.

Chris Pearson, partner at Gavin Black & Partners, joint agent with Naylors, advised the private investor clients.

He said the letting brings an excellent quality tenant to the building, adding: "It emphasises the established nature of Merchant Court as a business park in the region. We are confident we will soon attract interest in the remainder of the accommodation as the supply available is now fairly restricted."
