Pre-engineered feeders reduce lead time & cost. (Keeping up with Auxiliaries).

New pre-engineered 6-in, to 24-in.-diam. louvered vibratory feeders reportedly satisfy 80% of these feeders' applications without the time and expense for custom engineering. This reduces delivery time for the pre-engineered SolidsFlow 2000 Series from AccuRate, Whitewater, Wis., to between two and three weeks. These feeders are used in a wide variety of volumetric and gravimetric applications involving difficult-to-feed materials like wet chopped fiberglass.

According to AccuRate, both flexibility and serviceability have also been enhanced by the release of these standard models because the designs share load cells, hoppers, vents, inlets, and other parts with the company's well-known Mechatron feeder line. Tel: (800) 558-0184, www.accuratefeeders..com
