Pre-built space completed at 750 Seventh Avenue.

At 750 Seventh Avenue, exclusive leasing agent Newmark Real Estate Services has built-out the tower's entire 20th floor, constructing state-of-the-art office units for display and lease, announced Newmark's Executive Vice President William G. Cohen.

The four units, ranging in size from 3,622 square feet to 5,137 square feet, were unveiled to the brokerage community at a lavish Broker Party on June 9.

The four units each feature glass-walled conference rooms, glass side lights, pantries with running water, refrigerators and microwave ovens, built-in secretarial and receptionist stations, solar mecca shades on all exterior windows, and designer wall coverings on all exposed walls.

The Manhattan office market has never seen such a pre-built installation, Cohen said. We felt it was important to offer these units as a demonstration of the fantastic possibilities offered by the available space at 750 Seventh Avenue.
