Power amplifier.
The model CMQ1432 is a Ku-band GaAs power amplifier module (PAM) that uses GaAs PHEMT device model technology and operates in the 13.75 to 14.5 GHz frequency band. This model provides 31 dB gain and delivers 32 dBm of saturated output power. This PAM is lead-free and is self-contained with 50 [ohm] input and output terminals. It is unconditionally stable, and the internal matching allows for a reduction in external components. The CMQ1432 is intended for use as the final RF amplifier in extended Ku-band satellite applications. Size: 4 X 4 mm, plastic QFN package.
