Post-auction sales offer attractive prices, financing.

After a successful auction, only a few residences remain available for sale at Evergreen Gardens, according to Deyal Associates, developer/sponsor of the garden apartment condominium in Lumberton, New Jersey.

"These residences - all with two bedrooms, two baths and unusual energy-saving construction techniques - are currently being offered at prices ranging from $47,000 to $55,000, reports Eyton Gold, a Deyal Associates principal.

"We have been very pleased with the way the market responded to the first real estate auction ever held in Burlington County," said Gold. "Thirty-six homes - virtually our entire auction inventory - were sold in only one-and-a-half hours of highly competitive bidding.

"Now, during our post-auction sales program, buyers have an additional opportunity to acquire a quality residence in a quiet, country neighborhood at bargain prices, and with extremely attractive financing terms.
