Portfolio under hammer.

Sheldon Good & Company, under its joint venture with DJM, has announced an open outcry auction for a portfolio estate sale of properties in New Jersey that includes three multi-unit residential properties.

The properties are all located in Jersey City, New Jersey.

The properties consist of a six-unit apartment building at 185 Beacon Avenue; a 33-unit apartment building at 645 Bergen Avenue; and a 27-unit apartment building at 118 Jewett Avenue.

The auction will be conducted on Dec. 15 at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City, 2 Exchange Place, Jersey City
