Many employers manage workforces that operate remotely or on multiple sites that may not be suited to traditional timeclock record keeping.
So Comacc created the weather resistant, battery powered Portable Timeclock to allow staff to clock on and off anywhere, anytime.
"Using our Portable Timeclock to electronically collect data is an affordable and flexible solution for workplaces that require versatility," says MD Steve Nathan.
"And it is very simple to operate. Using a keypad or barcode scanner, employees can clock on and off or track job costing data," he says. "Staff can use it to track their hours worked and the jobs they are working on."
Then as required the unit is returned to base for the data to be downloaded for analysis. Hours worked, overtime and allowances are calculated and passed onto a payroll and/or job costing application for processing, streamlining all the information needed to manage a business workforce.
