Portable dispensing unit for PUR foam.

A new portable polyurethane foam and adhesive dispensing system from GlasCraft Inc., Indianapolis, reportedly provides 20% greater heat transfer and 15% better material yield than previous systems. The fluid passage in the high-efficiency heater provides for extended dwell time. Maximum output range is from under 0.5 up to 2 gal/min.

Unlike most pneumatic equipment that uses trip rods and mechanical spools to reverse the air-motor direction, the Guardian A5 series uses air signals to reverse the air motor. This requires no maintenance or routine adjustments. A piston lubrication system circulates pump lubricants in a sealed environment, reportedly providing longer seal life and reduced maintenance. The compact, 29-in.-wide, portable unit is available in 6000 W and 12,000 W configurations. Tel: (317) 875-5592 * www.glascraft.com
