Policies of Pervez Musharraf harmed Kashmir dispute: Syed Salahuddin.
KARACHI -- The supreme commander Hizbul Mujahideen Syed Salahuddin has made it clear that those who targeted mosques, schools, imambargahs, children and women are the open enemy of Pakistan and Islam, adding that Moudi led government in India wants to eliminate the Islamic identity of Kashmiris.
He stated this while addressing a press conference at IdaraeNoor Haq here on Friday, JI Karachi Chief Hafiz NaeemurRehman, Deputy Supreme Commander Javed Kasuri, Naib JI Ameers Karachi Barjees Ahmed, Osama Razi, Abdur Razzaq and Secretary Information Zahid Askari were also present on the occasion.
Addressing the press conference, Syed Salahuddin categorically said that the policies of former dictator Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf had badly affected the Kashmir cause and his Uturn on Kashmir policy damaged the struggle of Kashmiris badly.
On the occasion, Supreme Commander Hizbul Mujahideen Syed Salahuddin demanded of the army leadership and present rulers to raise their voice for the right of selfdetermination for Kashmiri people at international platform.
"If the Kashmir issue would not to be resolved as per the resolutions of United Nations (UN) and desires of Kashmiris, then entire continent would face the dire consequences", he feared.
He said that the India is not ready to admit Kashmir as "disputed territory" and claimed it an unbreakable part of India which is a sheer violence of UN resolutions.
He made it clear that the struggle of Kashmiris will continue till the withdrawal of Indian army from the occupied Kashmir, as the people of Kashmir are struggling for their right of selfdetermination.
"We are not against the dialogues, but the epicenter of talks should only cover Kashmir issue, otherwise the discussion would prove worthless", he added.
Syed Salahuddin further said that the Indian intervention is being increased in Balochistan and Waziristan providing arms and ammunition to the activists of Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA).
He further claimed that the India and antistate elements are involved in bomb blasts in Pakistan, adding that the 'Mujahideen' are not involved in carrying out any terrorist activities in Pakistan.
He strongly condemned the attacks on schools and mosques in Pakistan and adding that the Jihad not teaches us to target innocent children and women.
