Police playing key role for peace, Balochistan's stability: Commandant's PTC Saleem.

QUETTA -- Commandant Police Training College (PTC), Mohammad Saleem Lehri on Thursday said Balochistan police was playing vital role on front line for curbing terrorism activities and eradication of other criminal elements to ensure peace for stability of province.

He said performance of police was being improved due to advanced training and supply of modern weapons in Balochistan, adding, young people who have completed their training would perform their duties with positive attitude for betterment of public and to eliminate crime activities across province.

He expressed these views while speaking to police youth who completed the course of 89th Passing out Parade and participation.

Mohammad Saleem Lehri said police profession was great and police personnel should attend their duties honestly and would maintain positive attitude with public for building confidence among people regarding performance of police.

He said police personnel and official were trained, aiming to serve public in the society and would stand against terrorism and criminal elements to ensure sustainable peace in the area.

He said measures were underway to improve more services of police through formation and advanced training for interest of public and province, despite having limited resources.

Saleem also paid rich tribute of martyred security forces including police, Levies force and other security forces who had given sacrifice of their precious lives for protection public and motherland.
