Poets' corner.

Stocking filler

Santa Claus is getting busy

His little elves are feeling dizzy

Rushing around and making toys

For all the little girls and boys

The reindeers are ready for Christmas Eve

And waiting to be told "It's time to leave"

Boxes packed and stockings filled

The children will be very thrilled

When they open their Christmas presents

Comparing the gifts that they've been sent

Santa will be happy ( he'll do his best

Then go home and have 12 months' rest.
