Poet's corner.

The secrets of the skies

When each day dawns and I rise

I lift my head up to the skies

I whisper low, in my despair

And wonder if someone's up there.

Someone who knows my troubles

Someone who knows my fears

Someone who will be watching

Amidst my sadness and my tears.

I feel my heart is breaking

And I can't explain the pain

Is that the wind I'm hearing

Or did someone call my name?
