Poem of the week.

A time to celebrate

Christmas lights are shining

There's a glow everywhere

The town is all lit up

Christmas spirit fills the air.

The shops are full of toys

There are gifts on display

Everybody's shopping

Getting ready for Christmas day.

The lights are sparkling

On the tree in the square

Carol singers gathered round

In the frosty night air.

Voices are raised

In a choir of song

Carols ring out

With the crowd singing along.

Houses are all aglow

Windows filled with lights

Giving off a welcome

Breaking the darkness of the night.

Children will be calling

Knocking at the door

Singing Christmas carols

Who could ask for more?

A season to be merry

Filled with Christmas cheer

Goodwill to everyone

The festive season's here.

A time for the family

To rejoice and gather near

To celebrate Christmas

In a wonderful atmosphere.

A CLIFFORD.
