Pocket Reach Solutions has announced that it has launched a new independent mobile marketing campaign identification and consumer permission management solution called Pocket Choice.
The new product aims to help consumers in the UK control mobile spam, by enabling them to identify the source of marketing messages sent to their mobile handset, via a dedicated self-care portal.
With the offering consumers are able to opt-in to messages from selected brands and opt-out of messages from undesirable brands, limiting the amount of spam messages received on their mobiles.
In addition, Pocket Reach has revealed that it is to assist wireless application providers and mobile network operators with their mobile-based campaigns, ensuring that they adhere to European Union regulations regarding mobile spam.
