Plumbing his way to the top; JOBS & NEW DIRECTIONS.

A COVENTRY plumbing student showed he is top with taps after being awarded a prestigious prize by plumbing and heating merchants Plumb Center.

David Lander, of Franciscan Road, Cheylesmore, received a pounds 100 voucher prize and special certificate marking his achievement in his plumbing training at City College Coventry.

The college nominated David for the Plumb Center award for 'outstanding hard work and contribution' during his plumbing training.

City College Coventry tutor Brian Orton said: "David is hard working, dedicated and has been consistently reliable and he fully deserves this award."
