Plea after man stabbed in leg; CRIME.

A MAN was stabbed in broad daylight on a Birmingham street.

The 21-year-old victim was knifed in the leg in Tarry Road, Alum Rock, just after 3.30pm on Tuesday.

West Midlands Police said his injuries were not believed to be serious. The force said: " Police are investigating after a 21-year-old man sustained injuries to his leg in a suspected stabbing on Tarry Road in the Alum Rock area of Birmingham just after 3.30pm on Tuesday, April 9. "The man received medical attention and the injury is not believed to be serious.

"Enquiries continue and anyone with information is asked to call police via Live Chat at west-midlands.police. uk between 8am and midnight, or call 101 anytime.

"Crimestoppers can be called anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting crime reference 20BE/85666J/19."
