Playboy with cash ..but no shame; THE JUDGE INVESTIGATES ALARM SHARKS.

Flash David Diaz used the millions he conned from vulnerable OAPs to fund a lavish playboy lifestyle.

He played football for Motherwell but never made the grade and watched enviously as former team-mate James McFadden grabbed glory with Everton and Scotland.

But Diaz - real name David Black - craved the same glam lifestyle.

He drove a Bentley and a pounds 50,000 Porsche Cayenne, and threw lavish champagne parties.

But the party came to an abrupt end when the Sunday Mail caught one of his dodgy sales staff red-handed.

Diaz is also an associate of the Daniel crime clan.

As a teenager, and with his football dreams in ruins, arrogant Diaz decided he would make serious money - and he was not too concerned about how he went about it.

Growing up in Milton, Glasgow, he lived next door to Ross Sherlock - a key ally of Daniel clan enforcer Kevin "Gerbil" Carroll, shot dead outside a Glasgow supermarket in 2010.

One source said: "Diaz was pally with Sherlock, Carroll and the young Daniel mob.

"When he started up in business, there was certainly a strong suggestion that he was given money from the Daniels who saw him as a good investment."
