Moving from big screen to dual screen hasn't been a problem at all for the Metroid Prime series, and in this latest outing bounty hunters from across the galaxy race against each other to lay claim to ancient weaponry relics and harness their power for themselves.

And make no bones about it, this is the most impressive hand-held shooter around right now.

It looks amazing and, despite a little bit of patience and effort required with the control method and steep learning curve, the rewards are there to be had for gamers who take up the challenge.

A wireless link-up facility only adds to the enjoyment, as you pick your favourite of six bounty hunters ( each with unique weapons and fighting styles ( and wreak havoc in a truly amazing dual-screen world.
