Planner hired.

The Quebec and Ontario Paper Company has hired the Lush Corporation of Burlington, Ont. to develop a plan for the development of 75,000 acres of land on western Manitoulin and Cockburn islands. The $500,000-study is expected to be completed within a year and will identify suitable types of development. The paper company decided to develop the land itself after failing to find a development partner since it announced a year and a half ago that it had decided to sell the holdings.
